River Winds Spa - Reservations, Policies, & Other Info

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Tarrifs indicated are per person. Corporate and group rates for 6 or more are available. Taxes are included, 15% gratuity added to groups of 5 or more.

GIFT CERTIFICATES AND SPA DOLLARS - Gift certificates and spa dollars are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase. Your gift certificate or spa dollars may be used for services in the spa. Gift certificates and spa dollars can not be redeemed for cash or gratuities.

RESERVATIONS - When making a reservation at the spa, a deposit is required unless you are using a gift certificate or spa dollars. Please have your gift certificate or spa dollars number available when making your appointment. We also encourage clients to confirm their appointment 2 or 3 days prior to their visit in order to confirm exact times, type of service or treatment.

PAYMENT - Clarion River Lodge Resort and Spa honors Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Cash or personal checks are accepted with proper identification.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY - Please allow 48 hours notice when cancelling a spa service. If less notice is given when using a gift certificate or spa dollars, the value of the certificate or dollars will automatically be reduced. If no notice is given and you fail to honor your appointment, the gift certificate will be declared void for the amount of the reservation. If you make your appointment with a credit card and fail to keep your appointment, you will be charged in full for your reservation.

SPA ATTIRE - During your spa visit we remind you that bathing suits are not provided, however, robes, slippers and towels are provided. We ask you not to wear jewelry to your appointment, as some treatments require the removal of jewelry. River Winds Spa is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings.

All guests must check in at the lodge.
